About the Promoter
This raffle is promoted by the Zachary Geddis Break The Silence Trust, a registered charity (No. 108770) in England and Wales. The Trust is registered with the Fundraising Regulator and is committed to ethical and responsible fundraising.

Eligibility
The raffle is open to:
- UK residents only
- Individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry
The following are not eligible to enter:
- Employees, trustees, or volunteers of the Zachary Geddis Break The Silence Trust
- Immediate family members of any of the above
- Anyone professionally connected with the administration of the raffle
How to Enter
Entries may be made online via our website at zacharygeddisbreakthesilencetrust.org. To enter:
- Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase
- Provide accurate personal details including name and email address
- Confirm you meet the eligibility criteria
- Complete payment via our secure payment provider
Ticket prices start from £2.00 per ticket. There is a maximum of 100 tickets per person per draw unless otherwise stated.
The Draw
The draw will take place on the date announced on our website and in promotional materials. The draw will be:
- Conducted using a certified random number generator
- Independently witnessed
- Documented with full records maintained
Results will be published on our Winners page within 48 hours of the draw.
Prizes
Prizes for each draw will be announced on our website prior to the draw date. Prize details including description and approximate value will be clearly stated.
- There is no cash alternative to prizes unless explicitly stated
- Prizes are non-transferable
- The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary
- Prize delivery will be arranged within 28 days of winner confirmation
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email within 5 working days of the draw using the email address provided at entry. Winners must:
- Respond to the notification within 14 days to claim their prize
- Provide any additional information required for prize delivery
- Confirm their eligibility to participate
Unclaimed Prizes
If a winner does not respond to notification within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter reserves the right to:
- Redraw the prize to select an alternative winner
- Donate the prize to another charitable cause
- Retain the prize for future draws
Limitation of Liability
The promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- Entries lost, damaged, or delayed in transmission
- Technical failures affecting entry submission
- Any loss or damage arising from participation in the raffle
- Any tax liability arising from winning a prize (winners are responsible for their own tax affairs)
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Data Protection
Personal data collected for raffle entry will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering the raffle, you consent to the collection and use of your data for the purposes of administering the raffle and, where you have opted in, for marketing communications.
Governing Law
This raffle and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Fundraising Regulator Registration
The Zachary Geddis Break The Silence Trust is registered with the Fundraising Regulator (registration expiry: 31 March 2026). We are committed to the Code of Fundraising Practice and our Fundraising Promise.
This raffle is operated in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and all applicable regulations for charity lotteries.
