"Some losses change everything. Zachary's did."

Why We Speak Out
Mental health remains shrouded in silence. Despite growing awareness, too many people still feel unable to speak about their struggles. They fear judgement, misunderstanding, or simply not being heard. That silence can be deadly.
We speak out because we know the cost of silence. We have lived it. We have felt the devastating weight of questions that can never be answered, of conversations that came too late.
But we also speak out because we believe in the power of words. A single conversation can change a life. A moment of genuine connection can be the difference between despair and hope. By breaking the silence around mental health, we create space for those struggling to reach out.
Our work is not about dwelling in grief. It is about transforming pain into purpose. Every event we hold, every pound we raise, every conversation we inspire is part of building a world where mental health is spoken of openly, where seeking help is seen as strength, and where no one has to suffer alone.
We speak out for Zachary. We speak out for the thousands of others whose stories ended too soon. And we speak out for everyone who is still here, still fighting, still hoping for someone to listen.
Zachary's Legacy
"Zachary deserved to be heard. This trust exists so others will be."
Zachary's legacy is not defined by his death, but by the life he lived and the change his memory inspires. Through this trust, his name becomes synonymous with hope, with courage, and with the simple but profound act of speaking up.
Every person who learns about mental health through our work, every family who finds support, every life that is saved because someone felt able to ask for help — that is Zachary's legacy. And it grows with every person who joins us in breaking the silence.
