Can I buy tickets on behalf of someone else?

Tickets may only be purchased by the named entrant who must be 18+ and a UK resident. The person named on the ticket will be the prize winner.

How is the draw conducted?

The draw is made randomly using a certified random number generator and is independently witnessed. Results are published on our Winners page within 48 hours of the draw.

What happens if I don't receive my confirmation email?

Please contact us at info@zgbtst.org within 48 hours and we will resend your confirmation and ticket number(s).

Can I get a refund?

Ticket purchases are non-refundable except in the event of a draw cancellation, in which case all entrants will receive a full refund.
