We’re still supporting you.
With the announcement of the Stay at Home order, ZGBTST continues to support vulnerable members of the community through our free online support.
- ZGBTST now has a helpline (07934 187147) to ensure that no one feels alone in this time of self-isolation and quarantine. The helpline runs every single day of the week and is live from 2pm to 4pm.
- Additionally, we are hosting Webinars every Monday at 12pm that cover a variety of topics surrounding mental health. We also include episodes for children’s mental health. The details for these Webinars can be found on our Facebook page .
- To further support the community and beyond, Yasmin Geddis, founder of ZGBTST, is posting weekly short videos on YouTube where she discusses Top Tips for managing your mental health in isolation. Be sure to subscribe to make sure you don’t miss any of her new videos.
ZGBTST wants you to stay safe and know that you are not alone.
